Say “every Sunday” once

Some things happen every week. Some things overlap. WowTodo handles both before they become a problem.

In WowTodo on Android (app 1.4.0 or newer), in early access.

Water the plants on Sunday. Vitamins at 9 every morning. Rent on the 1st. None of these are hard, but writing them down again every week is the kind of small chore that quietly stops happening.

Say it once

Tell WowTodo “water the plants every Sunday morning” and the task comes back on its own, with fresh steps each time. Tick it off and next Sunday's is already lined up.

Miss a week and it doesn't pile up. You see it once, not once for every Sunday you missed. Finish it or skip it, and life moves on.

The 4 o'clock you didn't see coming

Some clashes only show up when you're already late. Say “call with Kabir at 4” on a day that has a 3:30 to 4:30 review, and WowTodo tells you before you save. Pick another time, or keep both if you know what you're doing.

Times keep both ends, too: “review the slides from 4 to 5 pm” stays 4 to 5 pm. And you decide how close is too close in Settings → Reminders.

See how the week went

A week strip on the Tasks screen shows busy days at a glance; tap the month to see all of it. Look back at an earlier day and you'll see exactly what you ticked off that time.
